Privacy policy

We collect the minimum required to send you a parcel: your name, shipping address, and email address. That information is passed to our print and fulfilment partner solely to produce and deliver your order, and to the shipping carrier to deliver it.

Payment

We never see your card details. Checkout is handled entirely by Stripe on Stripe's own pages; this site does not receive, process or store card numbers, and it sets no payment cookie. Stripe's handling of your data is governed by their privacy policy.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without building a profile of you. No advertising identifier is created and you are not tracked across other sites.

Email

We email you about your order. We do not add you to a marketing list because you bought something — any newsletter is opt-in and separately unsubscribable.

Your rights

Where the GDPR, UK GDPR or CCPA/CPRA apply, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and may object to its processing. Write to support@lumadro.com and we will action it within 30 days. We do not sell or share personal information.

Retention

Order records are kept for as long as tax law requires, then deleted.
