Shipping & returns

Shipping

Everything here is printed to order. Items are made and dispatched within 3 business days, then shipped from the fulfilment centre nearest you in United States and EU. Typical delivery is 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Free shipping. The price you see is the price you pay. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as the order leaves the print facility.

Returns

If a print is faulty, misprinted, or damaged in transit, tell us within 30 days and we will replace it or refund it in full. Send a photograph to support@lumadro.com and you will not be asked to ship it back.

Because each print is made for you individually, we cannot restock one that simply was not wanted, and we do not accept returns on change of mind.

Choosing a size

Prints are unframed and sized to standard frames: 8 x 10, 12 x 18 and 18 x 24 inches. The dimensions on each product page are the dimensions of the paper. If you are unsure which will suit a wall, ask before ordering.
