Elements, Weighed
The periodic table with every measured density drawn to scale: what one cubic centimetre of each element weighs.
Most periodic tables tell you how heavy one atom is. This one also shows how heavy the stuff is: under every element, a bar for the weight of a sugar-cube-sized block, on one scale from the gases to osmium.
Densities come from PubChem, the US National Library of Medicine's chemistry database, which cites Jefferson Lab for them. The source is printed along the foot of the chart.
